Overview:

There are 4 basic sections to the shopping process (details follow below):

1. Anonymously browse our products and prices

2. Choose any combination of products

-the prices will post automatically
-you can change your selections as you go

3. Select your preferred shipping method

-We ship vials First Class US Mail at no additional charge within the USA.
-Worldwide and express shipping available at an additional cost.

4. Check Out on our secure server

-only then do you supply your personal info and credit card.

Detailed Instructions

1: Anonymously browse our products and prices

1. Start from this page: www.athenainstitute.com/shop/index.htm

You must have frames and javascript enabled for our shopping cart to work. (Most newer browsers are set up this way. If yours isn't, you may be able to turn these on in your browser preferences) If you can't access these features, you will need to use our low-tech printable order form https://athenainstitute.com/athena/orderform.htm. This is also secure, but requires that you do your own math.

At the top of the page, www.athenainstitute.com/shop/index.htm, you will see shopping options--pheromones, all products, quick jump etc. Click to the area where you would like to shop.

2: Choose any combination of products

1. All pages describing our products offer the option to add them to your shopping cart.

When you see an Item you might like to purchase, click the "add 1 to my cart" button. To add another, click the button again. (you cannot add items by filling in the number.)

If you wish to remove an item from your cart click the "remove 1 from my cart" button (you cannot subtract items by typing in a number.)

2. At any time you may check the contents by either clicking on the link on the right hand column: "View Shopping Cart"
or

clicking on the link "Review Shopping Cart Contents" below the "remove 1 from my cart" button on each product page

3. Select your preferred shipping method

1. Once you are happy with your selections, you need to specify HOW they should be shipped to you.

2. When you click on the drop-down menu which initially reads "USA-not in PA...", all shipping options appear. The destinations are sorted by speed, then destination. Standard shipping options appear at the top for all locations that we ship to, below that you will find express destinations.

3. Once you select a method, the cart will calculate the shipping costs for you. You can compare the cost of standard shipping versus express shipping by changing your choice in this drop down menu.

4: Check Out on our secure server

1. Once you are happy with your selections and shipping method, you may proceed to checkout.
click on the button just below your "total bill"

"Checkout-Send this order to the Secure Server"

you will now be sent to our secure server to enter your personal info: name, address, credit card, etc

2. Complete as much information as you can. (hint: use your browser's "autofill" button if you have one and it is personalized with your info)

Please note, fields noted with a * are required. The form will not submit without them.

3. Double-check that you filled in all fields marked with a *?
(You may have to start over on this page if you leave any required fields blank!!)
Please double-check to avoid this frustrating experience

4. Click the button: Send Secure Order
Please click here ONCE and WAIT--multiple clicks may result in multiple orders being placed.

Depending on the speed of your connection and how busy the server is, it could take up to a minute. (Typically it will take 10-20 seconds)

Once your order goes through, you will see a "thank you" screen
